Poultry Selections
Requires a minimum order of 12 servings; advance notice please. Serving dishes, chafers and utensils are included with each entree. Chinet® plates, plastic ware and napkins are included.

Poppyseed Chicken
Our most popular entrée. Tender chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces and baked in a savory white cream sauce topped with buttery cracker crumbs and poppyseeds. Caesar Salad and our Breadbasket assortment is included.
